Patient complaints

A patient with a complaint about the defence of his violated rights related to the availability and quality of personal health care services has the right to apply to the State Accreditation Service for Health Care Activities.

The service controls compliance with the requirements of legal acts regulating the quality of health care services, supervises the rights of patients and carries out quality inspections of personal health care services.

note The service does not deal with complaints regarding compensation for health damage, ethics of health care workers, and violated rights related to issues of mandatory health insurance.
