The State Labor Inspectorate is an institution that monitors and prevents violations of the provisions of the Labour Code, laws regulating the safety and health of employees and labour relations, and other normative legal acts.

How can it help you?

Labor dispute commissions

Labor dispute commissions work under the inspectorate - a mandatory pre-trial labour dispute resolution institution that resolves individual labour disputes and collective labour disputes due to law.

Both employees and employers, as well as employee representatives or employers' organizations, can apply to labour dispute commissions if their rights are violated. Read more about commissions.
